For some types of work, typically property and commercial transactions, we will work to a fixed fee. In other cases we work to an hourly rate, depending on a number of factors which are described in more detail in the terms of business.  Partners are charged at rates between £385 and £320, associates and assistants between £275 and £185 and trainees/paralegals between £125 and £140. We always discuss and agree fees with clients before starting work on any assignment.
