Gordon Dadds has advised leading creative PR agency, Modus Publicity, on its merger with BPCM, the integrated brand agency to form ModusBPCM.
The independently respected agencies provide communications strategy and counsel to the world’s most innovative and dynamic brands within luxury, fashion, beauty, travel and technology internationally.
ModusBPCM’s combined operation will be located at 10-12 Heddon Street in the centre of London and its teams in Los Angeles and New York will provide integrated digital services.
The Gordon Dadds team for the merger was led by Alon Domb, Head of Corporate, with support from employment partner Marie van der Zyl and IP consultant David Marchese.
