		Paul is an Associate in the Property Department.
		Career/background/education
		Nottingham Trent University LLB (Hons)
		Trained and assistant Solicitor with Charles Russell LLP from 1998 and joined Gordon Dadds in 2013.
		Expertise/work
		Paul deals with all aspects of property transactions and in particular leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, tenancies, enfranchisement and other non-contentious property matters.  Paul's particular forte is in residential matters but he also has significant experience in dealing with many types of commercial property transactions.
		Memberships
		Paul is a Member of the Council for the Law Society of England and Wales and also sits on the Management Board. 
		Leisure/personal
		Paul is a Musician with the Band of the Royal Yeomanry (Inns of Court &amp; City Yeomanry)(TA) and follows all types of music, including opera and jazz.  Paul also enjoys art and architecture.

		Career/Background
		Alex completed a BA Hons degree in French and Spanish at Nottingham University before working in the public sector (British Council) for five years. After doing her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in London, Alex worked as a paralegal at ITV. 
		Alex was admitted as a solicitor in May 2010, having trained with Gordon Dadds.
		Areas of work
		As an assistant solicitor in the Private Client Department Alex deals with drafting wills, estate planning, probate and administration of estates, trust administration, powers of attorney and deputyships.Alex is a member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having recently completed the STEP Diploma for England and Wales (Trusts and Estates). She is also a founding trustee of the Gordon Dadds Charitable Foundation.
