I am partner at Gordon Dadds. After graduating from Southampton University with a BA Honours degree in Law, I trained at Dutton Gregory and qualified in 2004. I joined Gordon Dadds from Blake Morgan in 2014. When not advising on the complexities of landlord and tenant disputes I can be found running, playing guitar in a rock band and playing golf.
What is your best legal anecdote?
One of the longest running cases I have been involved with concerned a number of sheep, a sheep farmer and a farm owner. The dispute simply concerned the ownership of the sheep. However, after a three year most acrimonious dispute, and just days before the trial, the sheep were stolen. An example of a case in which neither party won.
What are you most passionate about (personally)?
I’m currently learning how to play guitar, which I’m really enjoying, and I also love coaching football for an under 11s team.

“Adrian Griffiths acted for my company American Carwash Company as the landlords wanted to redevelop the site that we occupy. He was very informative and explained our position very clearly. We had been offered no compensation however through tough negotiations Adrian managed to gain an acceptable settlement for which we are very grateful. Adrian acted very efficiently and speedily throughout and always responded quickly to my emails and calls. In short, he made a stressful situation much less so and we would certainly use his services again.” David Barnett, Managing Director, American Carwash Company.
