I qualified as a solicitor in 1984 after graduating from Queen Mary College, University of London and spent time at central London firms during my career before joining Gordon Dadds in 2013. I specialise in commercial investment property and residential investment property, particularly for overseas clients. I also deal with leasehold and freehold sales and purchases and statutory lease extensions.
In my personal time, I enjoy driving and riding my collection of cars and motorbikes, sport, art, film and jazz.
What is your most interesting legal experience?
Preparing a joint venture agreement for a client looking to construct a residential development on a platform oversailing the railway sidings on the Embankment in London. The development necessitated a complex access arrangement between the client, London Transport and the Peabody Trust, including the demolition and rebuilding of an existing block of flats to give access to the rear of the site.
