I am a Solicitor in the Corporate Department at Gordon Dadds. I have particular experience advising developers, investors and financial institutions on real estate finance transactions.
I was awarded an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School.
What is your most interesting legal experience?
I assisted the successful appellant in the reported case of Highbury Pensions Fund Management Company v Zirfin Investments Management Limited  EWCA Civ 1283. The decision in this case further developed the equitable principle of marshalling security and is now widely taught in law schools.
What are you most passionate about (personally)?
I enjoy watching and playing many sports. I represented my country in both rugby union and hockey, and I have also captained various teams. I also have an advanced scuba diving qualification, and I have planned and led dives across the world.
