I joined Gordon Dadds in 2014 as a trainee and qualified into the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department in September 2016. I am also a qualified solicitor in the Republic of Ireland (non-practicing).

I have experience of a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including advising on m&a, pre-packed business sales/purchase, restructuring, investment, commercial agreements, financing, FCA regulation and corporate governance. Much of the work I do will have international elements due to the client being an multi-jurisdictional group of companies, foreign investors or UK companies considering international expansion and need commercial guidance or an introduction through my international network of contacts. The clients I advise include start-ups, entrepreneurs, investors, family run business and larger corporations.

What would your motto be?

Get it done.

What are you most passionate about (personally)?

I am a football and rugby fan. I also enjoy cooking (but not baking), cycling, current affairs and travel.

2016 - Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales
2018 - Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland (non-practising)
