I have been practicing immigration law for over the last eight years during which I have acquired extensive knowledge and vast experience dealing with a range of complex immigration applications made under domestic and European Union law, British Citizenship applications and Tier 2 Sponsor Licence matters. I also have experience of applications made via Human Rights considerations and the establishment of private & family life in this country.
I also deal with appeals and judicial review matters. I work closely with Barristers’ Chambers preparing grounds of appeals for presentation at the First-Tier & Upper-Tier Immigration Tribunals, witness statements and appeal bundles.
I have a degree in social studies from the university of Klaipeda, Lithuania. I was formerly registered to Level 2 by the OISC. I speak Russian and Lithuanian.
