After graduating from the University of Warwick in 1993 with a degree in European Law, I began my legal career at Macfarlanes, before moving on to Berwin Leighton (now Berwin Leighton Paisner) and Davenport Lyons, before joining Gordon Dadds in 2014.
My practice focuses mainly on M&A, AIM listings, public company takeovers and joint ventures. Over the course of my career, I have advised a number of public companies seeking a listing on AIM, Euronext and subsequent placings, and have represented high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs on their fund-raising and joint ventures.
Outside work I enjoy the outdoors, especially skiing, spending time with my family and socialising with my friends over a nice bottle of wine.
What is your favourite thing about your job?

What is your most interesting legal experience?
My most interesting legal experience was a reverse takeover acting for Noble Investments plc where I oversaw the whole transition period.
