Before joining Gordon Dadds in January 2016, I worked as a commercial property lawyer at Hugh James Solicitors for 11 years. My 13 years of expertise covers a wide range of property related disciplines, including property development and house builders, acquisitions and disposals, housing association work and secured lending. I have experience in managing a plot sale team for a national house builder client, and managed the plot sales for an iconic landmark building in Cardiff which consisted of 37 luxury apartments in 2013.
I have completed two secondments to the Welsh Government through which I gained invaluable experience working in-house for a government client, advising on all aspects of commercial property.
In my free time I am a competitive swimmer, in August 2015 I was the first female in the 1,300m open water “Swim to the Edge” event in Solva, Pembrokeshire. I have been a member of the Cardiff Triathlete Club since 2002.
