I specialise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and joint ventures for private companies, as well as all manner of commercial transactions. For over twenty years, my particular expertise has been advising on commercial activity in the sports business sector. I deal with the commercial exploitation of brands and rights, including acting on the acquisition and exploitation of sports-related commercial rights.
I am on the editorial board of Sweet and Maxwell’s Practical Commercial Precedents and have made contributions to the sections on Sport, Sponsorship and Merchandising.
