I am a partner at Gordon Dadds, having joined the property team in 2014. After graduating with a BA from London University, I went on to complete a Masters degree at King’s College London before training to be a solicitor at the College of Law. I am passionate about all areas of property law, both commercial and residential, but have particular expertise in acting for developers.
Outside of work, I am a keen cook.
What is your most rewarding client experience?
One that immediately comes to mind is my involvement in the sale of over 200 mixed-use units off plan to a consortium. Obviously the scale of the sale was substantial, but the difficulty lay in having to act within a very limited time frame.
What is your career highlight?
When I acted for the purchaser and on the financing of a major transaction, in which a property tycoon bought 3 Carlton Terrace from The Crown Estate in order to build a luxury home worth £140m.
The Legal 500 – recommended lawyer in 2015 for Real Estate – Commercial Property.
