I am solicitor in the employment team at Gordon Dadds and advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, for both employers and employees.
My experience includes advising on unfair dismissal and discrimination cases in the employment tribunal, redundancy procedures, day-to-day workplace disputes, settlement agreements, employment contracts and internal employment policies. I also have experience advising on the employments aspects of corporate transactions.
Over the course of the last few years, I have had the opportunity of advising a number German, French, American and Italian businesses in the UK across a range of industries to include banking, retail, leisure and tourism, embassies and other foreign governmental bodies, gambling, online gaming , IT and software.
Outside of work I am passionate about travelling and cooking. I also enjoy yoga and occassionally watching American football and Formula 1 racing.

What is your favourite thing about your job?
Having studied law and psychology at university, I really enjoy the mix of personal and commercial issues that arise from employment disputes. I also love working closely with my clients and learning about the business and industries in which they operate.
