Max is an assistant solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
Career/background/education
Max attended Oxford Brookes University where he read International Business Management (BA Hons) before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at the same institution. He then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, passing with a distinction.
Max joined Gordon Dadds as a trainee in September 2008.
Expertise/work
Max has had exposure to a broad range of civil litigation cases, for individuals and businesses, which have included debt recovery, contractual disputes, property disputes and particularly fraud claims.
Whilst a trainee, Max completed seats in Litigation, Property, Family and Private Client.
Memberships
Max is an active member of the Property Litigation Association and the London Solicitors Litigation Association as well as the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association.
Leisure/personal
Max enjoys all sorts of sport, including cricket, horse racing and tennis. He also enjoys travelling and trying to improve his rusty language skills.
