University of Essex LLB (Hons).

Deborah joined the firm in 2010 from TLT (previously Constant & Constant where she trained, qualified and later became a partner).

Expertise/work

Deborah has a broad range of corporate and commercial expertise, specialising in small to medium private companies, for private clients and corporate entities, both UK-based and international.

She deals with all aspects of corporate acquisitions, disposals, management-buy-outs, investments, subscriptions and joint ventures, corporate re-structuring and governance.  Deborah also deals with commercial advice for intellectual property and brand protection, negotiation of distribution, franchise and agency agreements, advertising and marketing, supply of goods and services agreements and data protection advice.

Leisure/personal

Deborah enjoys opera and classical music, golf, gardening, reading, and crafts.
