Our people are our most valuable asset and we believe in creating a community of interest in order to create a collaborative environment to drive better client outcomes and also a company culture people want to be part of. We believe that our people and not just our leadership team should benefit from the success of the business – and that requires our training, hiring, recognition and compensation activities to be aligned to a common model.
We have access to over 70 skilled people through the GDFM associate pool, and 150 trained resource through Gordon Dadds.
